• Communicate professionally with other platform users

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SHEConnext to:

• Post false, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
• Misrepresent professional credentials, licenses, certifications, or experience
• Impersonate any person, company, or organization
• Harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate other users
• Post content that is discriminatory, offensive, or in violation of applicable law
• Solicit users to conduct business outside the platform for the purpose of avoiding platform policies
• Collect personal information about other users without their consent
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code to the platform
• Use automated tools or bots to scrape, spam, or overload the platform
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation

4. Professional Conduct

All communications through SHEConnext must be professional, respectful, and relevant to legitimate SHE/EHS business purposes. Users are prohibited from using the platform's contact or messaging features to send spam, solicit unrelated services, or engage in conduct unrelated to the SHE/EHS profession.

5. Credential Representation

Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of all credential information listed on their profiles. Misrepresentation of certifications, licenses, education, or professional experience is a serious violation of this policy and may be reported to relevant licensing boards or authorities.

6. Content Standards

All content submitted to SHEConnext — including profiles, project postings, and messages — must be:

• Accurate and truthful
• Professional in tone and substance
• Relevant to SHE/EHS professional services
• Free of inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory language
• Compliant with applicable laws

7. Enforcement

SHEConnext reserves the right to remove any content, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy, without prior notice. We may also report violations to appropriate authorities where required by law.

8. Reporting Violations

9. Changes to This Policy
